O TEMPS D’O
New aquarium version, for all indoor venues , for all theatres
They are two, both of them musicians who are coming to play their concert in that bandstand. But we don’t know why it’s filled with 30 cm (10 inches) of water, almost nothing. While everything overturns, there is the one absentminded who doesn’t see it and the other one who doesn’t stand to be wet, neither himself nor his guitar…. From this clownish situation arrives circus, a way for the short one to stay dry, to stay away from the water. Then inexorably the level of the water rises and we stand in the middle of a rice-field, of the ocean… in this dreamlike world where everything changes and fills the bandstand with music…
For that 70 mn version Mathieu Levavasseur and William Valet have created an intimist show around their bandstand pool, they open spaces and expand time thanks to little nothings such as a drop, a tear, and then they let themselves be submerged to finally find out they are above quite water.
